Complete 3-week nutritional detox with recipes, shopping list and tips.
Initial 1-to-1 bio-mechanics screening with Ian Davies.
Six additional 1-hour hypnotherapy, mindfulness and coaching sessions with Russ Ayres
36 bootcamp style fitness sessions (3 per week)

About the bootcamp training session
Ian and his team will introduce basic movement patterns to ensure a safe start to your fitness training. These movements will be applied to an increasingly intense program that is designed to burn calories (and at unsightly body fat) as effectively as possible.
